Do you offer a discount on bulk ordering?

Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk/wholesale orders. The more you buy, the more you save! If you’re planning on buying 20+ units of any particular product, email hello@simple-faith.com to receive a custom discount code.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

When will I get my order?

We work hard to get your order out quickly! Most orders ship the same day or the next business day after you place them.

  • USA & Canada: Delivery usually takes 4–14 days, depending on your location and the shipping option you selected at checkout.
  • International orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

What if I entered the wrong address at checkout?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@simple-faith.com or via chat feature on our website.

We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but once an order has already been sent, we may not be able to make changes.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry this happened! We’ll happily replace any items that were damaged within 30 days of delivery.

To get started, please email us at hello@simple-faith.com and include photos of the damaged items. We’ll guide you through the replacement process as quickly as possible.

I think my package is lost. What do I do?

First, please double-check that the shipping address you entered at checkout was correct—we cannot replace packages sent to the wrong address.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with your local post office.
  2. Asking your neighbors if the package was left nearby.
  3. Asking your family members if they brought in the package.

If you still can’t locate it, please file a missing item claim with the shipping carrier you selected (UPS or USPS).

Following these steps is the best way to recover a lost package or get reimbursed for the lost package.

How do you handle returns?

By placing an order with Simple Faith, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please make sure items are returned in their original condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll immediately process your refund.

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel great about every purchase you make with us. Here’s how our return policy works:

  • Digital products: Because they’re instantly delivered, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Seasonal items (Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter): These are also final sales.
  • Everything else: If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, just reach out to us. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re always here to help.

What if my order is damaged during shipping or missing an item?

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If anything arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please let us know within one week of delivery by emailing us at hello@simple-faith.com.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

I want to place one order and have it shipped to multiple locations. Can you do that?

We’re unable to split a single order to ship to multiple addresses. If you’d like items sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Digital Products

How do I download the files I have purchased from you?

As soon as you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link.

Our digital products are high-resolution, print-ready files, which means they’re often quite large. To make downloading easier, we compress them into a zip folder.

Please note: zip folders can only be downloaded to a laptop or desktop computer (not a phone or tablet). Once downloaded, you can easily open the folder and print your files.

Where is my download link?

Your download link is included in the order confirmation email, which is sent right away to the email address you provided at checkout.

If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder—sometimes it ends up there by mistake.

What am I allowed to do with my download?

All of our digital files are for personal, non-commercial use only. Here’s what that means:

  • ✅ You may print the file as many times as you like.
  • ✅ You may share printed copies with others (even a large group) as long as each person receives a printed version—not the digital file.
  • ❌ You may not share, email, or post the digital file itself.
  • ❌ You may not sell the prints or use them for promotional or commercial purposes.

In short: feel free to print and share generously, but please keep the digital file to yourself.

Can I return my digital purchases?

Because of their digital nature, all purchases of downloadable items are final. No returns or refunds are available, and all sales are final.

What type of beliefs are your resources based on?

At Simple Faith, we serve a wide variety of Christian families. We’re non-denominational, which means our resources are designed to be useful across different church traditions.

Our team holds to a shared statement of faith, which can be summarized like this:

  • We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—eternal and united.
  • We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word, completely trustworthy as our guide for faith and life.
  • We believe people were created in God’s image, but because of sin, we need forgiveness and reconciliation with Him.
  • We believe Jesus Christ—fully God and fully human—came to earth, lived a perfect life, died on the cross, rose again, and offers salvation to all who trust Him.
  • We believe the Holy Spirit works in people’s hearts, leading them to faith, and empowering believers to live in union with Christ.
